At Interstate Metals, we are here to help the industry professional succeed. We produce standard and custom metal to meet your needs, in 48 hrs or less!

Place an Order:
Call 877-346-4449 with your cut list. We can take your order over the phone, or just stop by our location, 3454 W. St. Rd. 28, West Lebanon, IN.

Cut Lists:
Even though we may assist you in developing your cut list, cut lists are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All cut lists are the product of the purchaser. Interstate Metals is not responsible for any inaccuracies. Mare sure your measurements and cut lists are correct! We do not want you to have to buy more metal than you need!

Payment:

Interstate Metals gladly accepts Cash, Checks and most major credit cards EXCEPT American Express.

A 2% surcharge will be applied to all transactions, EXCEPT CASH or CHECK.

Payment is to be made in full at time of material pickup or delivery.

Partial payment may be accepted from approved contractors. Approved contractors must have valid Identification on file with Interstate Metals. If agreed, Interstate Metals may accept partial down payment of 50% or more from approved contractors and a post dated check for the remaining balance, not to exceed 14 days from material pickup or delivery dates.

On balances paid by a card, a Late Fee of 2% will be applied to all past due balances, and will accrue every 30 days at 2% additionally until paid in full. Credit Card surcharge will also still apply.

Deliveries:

The customer, contractor or representative of either, needs to be present to receive material and sign a packing slip.The person signing the packing slip is verifying receipt of the material; that it is acceptable and all counts are correct.

Interstate Metals is not responsible for any material once the packing slip is signed by the customer, contractor or a representative of either.

Interstate Metals is not responsible for material delivered and left because the customer, contractor or representative of either, was not present to receive material, or as a result of an agreement to leave material.

Returns
All returns must be approved.  Only standard 10 foot trim pieces and unopened packages will be considered for approval.  Additionally, items must be inspected for damage and or scratches and pass, to be considered.  Once approved, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items, except screws.

Sorry, but all panels and any non-standard or custom trim will not be considered for return.
